  • To promote land conservation, and reduce the carbon emissions that are changing our planet.

We can’t make this real without your help.

Impressions of Spring: A Voice for Wildflowers of the West on Our Public Lands

Climate change is real. And it is impacting the natural environments where wildflowers bloom. Scientists have the data. We have the photos. The natural parks and preserves designed to protect wildflowers and their habitat are under threat. Spring comes earlier each year. Summers are hotter and drier. Meadows are turning into deserts before our eyes.

To protect the natural world where wildflowers bloom, we took our cameras to the highest mountains in California, and its hottest deserts. Across the public lands of America, we photographed an ecosystem of abundant beauty, harsh conditions, and delicate blooms. The result is Impressions of Spring: A Voice for Wildflowers of the West on Our Public Lands. We wanted to capture this fragile beauty before it disappears forever. Even more, we want to inspire a movement that inspires people to take the steps they can take—right now—to reverse the impact of climate change.
