Unique, Transparent and Painterly

Rob is always looking for new and creative ways to photograph. This helps making his work fresh and unique. The Contact Series is created when the flowers are in contact with the lens offering a more painterly and abstract result. When the lens blocks most of the light on the front side of the flower the majority of the light must come through the flower making the petals transparent.
